WHO AM I?
I have a passion for interior design and a heart for helping others. I have always been the “go-to” person for assistance with visual presentations, interior decorating, remodeling ideas, etc. I guess you could say I have a natural gift when it comes to visual presentations. I just get it. I understand symmetry, contrast, texture mixing, and color. This passion led me to study commercial art and design in college. I enjoy helping others discover their style and teaching them how to achieve the look they want on their own. My focus is not on high end clients. I focus on the average homeowner, or entrepreneur, that needs more confidence as to where to begin or how to pull everything together.

DESIGN SERVICES SIMPLIFIED
Design Consultations:
The first hour is always free, then billed out at the hourly rate of $48 hr for every hour after the first.
However, Consultations that lead to a Client relationship are waived.
Services :
Services are billed out at $48 hr every two weeks.
The hourly rate may be discounted on larger projects based on the size of the project
Projects are typically billed out hourly for services and the cost of materials.
~ The budgeted cost of materials is collected upfront for smaller jobs.
~ The budgeted cost of materials for larger jobs will be determined when the agreement is reviewed.

A Complete Flip
Everything in this condo needed to be replaced or upgraded. The electrical box was in the kitchen, the gas meter had been removed for two years, there was a pot belly stove in the living room. the wiring of every light fixture and outlet had been messed with, and there was mold in the walls, floor and kitchen. All of these issues were dealt with in addition to upgrading to a tankless water system and replacing every window and door. I was the Project Manager, Designer, Demolition Technician (with the help of my son), Painter, and Personal Shopper for this challenging project.

FROM WOOD PANELING TO FANCY FIREPLACE
Complete remodel of old house’s basement. Removed walls to open up the room, installed track lighting, removed wood paneling, remodel the laundry room, installed fireplace wall, new carpet, and replaced all the windows.
FROM BORING TO BEAUTIFUL
A smart, talented, hardworking dad was looking to use his house as an Airbnb during the weeks he is out of town for work but wasn’t sure how to give his place the necessary style. I spent time with him to determine what his preferred decorating style was and got to work. The house is coming along beautifully and should be completed this week.
